Após a encomenda do material realizei o levantamento do mesmo na loja em Canelas, onde foi-me acrescentado o IVA, algo que ao meu ver já deveria ser implícito aquando a apresentação do preço on-line.
O lamentável disto tudo, é o seguinte.. a pessoa responsável ao balcão dizer ao cliente, neste caso Eu, que a venda em geral e a grossistas onde não apresentam IVA, que a venda ao publico em geral é um favor que Wurth faz! Lamentável.
I made a query on the Wurth website where there is an assistant (chat) to clarify doubts, I was given the value of the requested elements € / un. based on the principle that includes VAT.
After ordering the material, I collected it at the store in Canelas, where VAT was added, something that in my opinion should already be implied when presenting the price online.
The unfortunate thing about all this is the following ... the person responsible at the counter tells the customer, in this case I, that selling in general and wholesalers where they do not have VAT, that selling to the general public is a favor that Wurth does! Unfortunate.
