Informei as funcionárias do bar por 2 vezes, em diferentes alturas do dia, das condições miseráveis da casa de banho das senhoras, e nada foi tido em consideração. Ora, numa altura destas deveriam primar pela segurança do espaço e isso não se verificou, de todo! É-nos exibido o uso de máscara para entrar no wc, contudo não há ninguém para controlar isso, não há limpeza durante todo o dia, nem líquido para lavagem de mãos! A justificação que deram foi que a sra da limpeza apenas vai a meio da manhã e depois ao final do dia e que as funcionárias do bar apenas colocam papel. Pagar 5€/adulto e 3€/criança, não se justifica ñ existir limpeza, no mínimo a cada hora, de um espaço tão importante. De salientar que as águas da piscina não foram analisadas uma única vez em 8h que estive no espaço! A beleza do local por si só não é suficiente, é preciso melhorar a qualidade prestada! The space is pleasant but it is to regret the lack of hygiene of the bathrooms !! I informed the bar staff twice, at different times of the day, of the miserable conditions in the ladies' bathroom, and nothing was taken into account. Now, at a time like this, they should excel in the safety of space and that did not happen at all! We are shown the use of a mask to enter the toilet, however there is no one to control it, there is no cleaning throughout the day, nor liquid for hand washing! The justification they gave was that the cleaning lady only goes in the middle of the morning and then at the end of the day and that the bar staff only load paper. Paying € 5 / adult and € 3 / child, there is no justification for there to be cleaning, at least every hour, of such an important space. It should be noted that the waters of the pool were not analyzed only once in 8 hours that I was in space! The beauty of the place alone is not enough, it is necessary to improve the quality provided!

Não dou 5 estrelas pq a nível da higiene das casas de banho deixa muito a desejar. Ainda para mais nesta altura de covid em que a desinfecção e limpeza têm de ser a prioridade de todas. Fica o meu alerta. Pleasant space with good quality / price ratio. € 5 adults and € 3 children from 4 years old. I do not give 5 stars because of the hygiene of the bathrooms leaves much to be desired. Even more in this time of covid when disinfection and cleaning must be the priority of all. Stay alert.
