Pedi lhe um pao com queijo e manteiga e ela muito rude pergunta qual pao e eu disse que podia ser carcaça. Foi la para dentro fazer a sandes e esteve o tempo todo enquanto la esteve a criticar que eu tinha dito um pao e nao tinha especificado logo qual o pao que eu queria. E ouvia se perfeitamente ela a imitar a frase que eu pronunciei... "Quero um pao com queijo e manteiga..." E continuava a reclamar... Enfim, eu posso nao ter dito logo qual o tipo de pao que eu queria mas acho que tmb nao lhe da o direito a ela de se por a criticar o cliente e ainda para mais a falar por tras. Enquanto cliente senti-me humilhada e acho um grande abuso da parte dela. Por essa razão que nao volto la mais! É pena que essa alminha ainda nao tenha percebido que sao clientes como eu que lhe pagam o ordenado. 1 star - Just for a single reason that displeased me a lot. One of the employees is very rude. A Brazilian girl with dark straight hair. I asked her for a bread with cheese and butter and she asked me rudely which bread and I said it could be carcass. She went inside to make sandwiches and she was there all the time while she was criticizing that I had said a bread and did not immediately specify which bread I wanted. And I could hear her perfectly imitating the phrase I said ... "I want a bread with cheese and butter ..." And I continued to complain ... Anyway, I may not have said right away what kind of bread I wanted but I don't think it gives her the right to criticize the client and even more to speak behind. As a client I felt humiliated and I think it is a great abuse on her part. For that reason I won't be back there again! It is a pity that this little girl has not yet realized that it is customers like me who pay her wages.
