★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo. A funcionária não sabia explicar quase nada. Pedi um orçamento para uma cozinha e só me enviaram um email a perguntar as medidas ( que já lhes tinha dado logo que fui pedir o orçamento) 3 semanas depois.
Lousy service. The employee did not know how to explain almost anything. I asked for a quote for a kitchen and they just sent me an email asking for the measures (which I had already given them when I went to ask for the quote) 3 weeks later.

I have been waiting for 2 months for a sealing rubber for a VEIGA interior cistern. They assured me that it was a matter of days. Several phone calls and there is no way the part is available.
