 The products are of quality, but the employees are very controlling, they control everything we do in the store, and sometimes they even walk right behind us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Many Chinese stores import a large amount of goods from China and sell them at very reasonable cost. This particular store has lots of goods and items, however, customer care is not existing in this store. I don’t like writing a negative review, but my exceptionally bad experience compelled me to do so. They have many retail personnel, but three of them, all young females, I requested for help refused to speak not only in English but in Portuguese. Worst yet, even when I showed the automatic translation out of apps, they didn’t even want to try to help, and just ignored me. It’s insult and disrespect to the customer. I am from Asia, and familiar with many Chinese stores, but despite of a large store front and big operation, this store is a total disaster. They only care for monetary profits and only speak in Chinese without customer care. Why are they allowed to do business in public in Portugal?
