★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é bom, com colaboradores muito prestáveis e simpáticos, a qualidade dos produtos e a assistência técnica tornaram-se miseráveis nos últimos tempos: a bateria de um aspirador morreu passados 4 meses, dois headphones novos foram para reparação sem que, depois disso, o problema tenha sido resolvido e uma cafeteira que nem dois meses durou antes de ter que ir para reparação. A marca que era boa mas tornou-se um pesadelo...
 The service is good, with very helpful and friendly employees, the quality of the products and the technical assistance have become miserable in recent times: the battery of a vacuum cleaner died after 4 months, two new headphones went for repair without, after that, the problem has been resolved and a coffee maker that didn't even last two months before having to go in for repair. The brand that was good but became a nightmare...

I have been to Porto mistore but their service toward the customer was pathetic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store is great and is very clean. The personnel was very helpful spoke in English and helped me with everything to assist me in making a decision.
They let me try different earbuds and showed the functionality of how they work what features they have and very respectfull positive and it was nice to talk to them. In conclusion when I come back to Portugal, Lisbon and I need any Xiaomi devices I'll know where to go
