★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estavam 5 ou 6 clientes à espera para serem atendidos e apenas um funcionário. De repente, aparece outra funcionária, que veio ajudar. Ficamos todos à espera, até que, uns 10 ou 15 minutos depois, vêm dois funcionários da parte de trás da loja e começam a atender clientes com um ar de quem não quer estar ali. Não me interessa o que estavam a fazer lá atrás, mas pelo menos podem mostrar um pouco de simpatia ao atender o cliente!
There were 5 or 6 customers waiting to be served and only one employee. Suddenly, another employee appears, who came to help. We were all waiting until, about 10 or 15 minutes later, two employees came from the back of the store and began to serve customers with an air of someone who doesn't want to be there. I don't care what they were doing back there, but at least they can show a little friendliness when serving the customer!

Terrible service to a question about a film for a Xiaomi brand cell phone does not have a glass film? The employee shrugged her shoulders as if to say why we don't have to have glass films.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O vosso suporte em garantia é uma vergonha, sinceramente estou impressionado, nunca vi tal. Imagine-se que um equipamento, supostamente preparado para utilizar água, o Aspirador Vacuum-Mop PRO, ficou danificado devido à humidade na sua utilização regular.
Esta foi a resposta que me deram, e isto com humidade obtida apenas com uma utilização regular do equipamento, toda a referida água que chegou aos botões em causa foi devido à sua utilização.
Não recomendo de todo a ninguém a compra de qualquer equipamento Xiaomi depois desta experiência com um equipamento relativamente caro e com menos de um ano de utilização.
Ainda estou com esperança que tal seja solucionado de forma a proceder com uma reavaliação aos vossos serviços.
Your warranty support is a disgrace, honestly I'm impressed, I've never seen such. Imagine that an equipment, supposedly prepared to use water, the Vacuum-Mop PRO Vacuum Cleaner, was damaged due to humidity during its regular use.
This was the answer they gave me, and this with moisture obtained only with regular use of the equipment, all the aforementioned water that reached the buttons in question was due to its use.
I absolutely do not recommend anyone to purchase any Xiaomi equipment after this experience with a relatively expensive equipment with less than a year of use.
I am still hoping that this will be resolved in order to proceed with a re-evaluation of your services.
