Onde outras lojas disseram que o meu portátil não tinha "arranjo" e tinha de ser formatado, o Sr. João, resolveu, após intensa pesquisa, o meu problema, evitando-me uma série de transtornos que tal acarretaria. Vale a pena ser cliente de quem percebe realmente da coisa, e eu serei doravante um deles. Muito agradecido!
I was fortunate enough to visit this store a few days ago, which after all is very close to my home. Where other stores said that my laptop had no "fix" and had to be formatted, Mr. João, after intensive research, solved my problem, avoiding a series of inconveniences that this would entail. It is worthwhile to be a customer of those who really understand the thing, and I will henceforth be one of them. Thank you very much!

Anyways, I have a good friend that is a regular costumer and only has nice things to say about it.
I just had a bad timing maybe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ don't go there. They sold me a charger that was not the right fit for my device and tried to convince me that I need to buy a new tablet from them. I went to an other store, bought the right charger and tested my tablet there. Turns out it was perfectly fine all along. Don't trust these guys.
