★ ★ ★ ★ ★ comprei um casaco alpinestars nesta loja , precisei hoje de abrir garantia devido a ter perdido a impermeabilização .
a resposta foi a seguinte : já não trabalhamos com o importador ,tem de ir a outro lado pedir garantia .
ora se o casaco foi comprado lá vou pedir garantia noutra casa em que nunca me vendeu nada ?
de acrescentar que ainda tem casacos aplinestars à venda inclusive igual ao meu....
questionei se compra-se um daqueles iria ter garantia , ao qual o sr que estava ao balcão disse que não.
portanto vendem produtos sem garantia .....

I bought an alpinestars jacket at this store, today I needed to open a guarantee because I lost the waterproofing.
the answer was as follows: we no longer work with the importer, we have to go elsewhere to ask for a guarantee.
if the jacket was bought there i will ask for a guarantee in another house where you never sold me anything?
to add that it still has aplinestars coats for sale even like mine ....
I asked if buying one of those would have a guarantee, to which the mr who was at the counter said no.
therefore they sell products without guarantee .....
beware of this store
