★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei às 18:03 para deixar um automóvel para mudança de Óleo. Esperei cerca de 15 minutos enquanto o funcionário que faz a recepção de viaturas conversava animadamente de assuntos pessoais com dois amigos.
Ao longo destes 15 minutos varios funcionários passaram por mim conforme terminavam o seu dia de trabalho. Passados 15 minutos outro funcionário perguntou-me o que pretendia, falou com o responsável que continuava em amena conversa com os amigo e disse-me para voltar outro dia, pq já era tarde para receber a viatura.
No caminho para casa passei numa oficina da marca que ainda estava aberta e deixei a viatura para a respectiva revisão.
Não voltei no dia seguinte à Yes Car Service ... nem espero voltar novamente.
 I arrived at 18:03 to drop off a car for oil change. I waited about 15 minutes while the car reception clerk chatted animatedly about personal matters with two friends.
During these 15 minutes several employees passed me as they finished their workday. After 15 minutes, another employee asked me what I wanted, spoke to the person in charge, who was still in a pleasant conversation with friends and told me to come back another day, because it was already too late to receive the vehicle.
On the way home I passed a workshop of the brand that was still open and left the car for its revision.
I didn't return the day after to Yes Car Service...nor do I expect to return again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grupo de oficinas sem carácter profissional, depois de muitos milhares de euros gastos nesta rede de oficinas acharam que tinham o direito de enganar a nossa empresa com a colocação de peças da sucata no lugar de peças novas.
Tentamos até agora resolver a situação extra judicial, mas teremos que avançar pela via da legalidade para obrigar que esta empresa não faça mais isso com os clientes.
A porta que iremos colocar nas imagens é a porta da sucata a ser pintada onde existiu a tentativa de nos cobrar 354€ mais mão de obra.
A reparação foi efectuada na oficina do grupo de nome Auto Duque na rua Serpa Pinto, mas com o consentimento dos responsáveis desta oficina, responsáveis esses que elaboraram acordo de cooperação entre o grupo yes car e a nossa empresa.
A group of unprofessional workshops, after many thousands of euros spent on this workshop network, they felt they had the right to deceive our company by placing scrap parts in place of new parts.
We have tried so far to resolve the extra-judicial situation, but we will have to move legally to force this company not to do this to customers anymore.
The door we will put in the images is the scrap door to be painted where there was an attempt to charge us 354 € more labor.
The repair was carried out at the Auto Duque group's workshop on Serpa Pinto Street, but with the consent of the workshop owners, who drafted a cooperation agreement between the yes car group and our company.
