★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Office should have been open but nobody was there only a sign on the door that we are open. Even though we called few days earlier and scheduled to meet on Monday morning at 10:00 AM nobody showed up (waited until 10:15AM) and calls went to voicemail.

We rented a car for a couple of days during our stay in Ferragudo. The service was great, we could pick up the car quickly and on short notice. A lot could be arranged by phone, fast and uncomplicated. Also, it was the cheapest option available. I would definitely recommend this one

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After arriving at the airport it turned out they cancel the booking 2 hours after the indicated arrival time because we didn’t entered the flight number. Fair enough but the employee onside offered zero help to look for a good solution. He only said he had a much more expensive option which was € 700,- above the original rental price. He also said that this happens every day. Why aren’t they do anything about it? Send people a reminder that you miss their flight details so they do not stand for any uncomfortable surprise after arrival. Felt like a scam to me.

It was handled professionally and with compassion.
