★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje dirigi-me a Loja Zara Home do Colombo como habitual, e tive um atendimento excelente por parte de uma rapariga nova na loja, que foi muito simpática e atenciosa prestou um serviço dedicado e digno de uma vendedora exemplar e experiente. Penso que a Zara Home devia de ter mais vendedoras assim com formação na area de decoração ao contrário não posso dizer da gerente que foi muito rude e antipática quando a abordei inicialmente, não oferecendo qualquer tipo de ajuda como o resto de outras empregadas que se encontravam na caixa, bastante antipáticas.
 Today I went to the Colombo Zara Home Store as usual, and had excellent service from a young girl in the store who was very friendly and attentive and gave a dedicated service worthy of an exemplary and experienced saleswoman. I think Zara Home should have more salespeople with such training in the decorating area unlike I can't say of the manager who was very rude and obnoxious when I first approached her, offering no help like the rest of the other housekeepers. in the box, quite obnoxious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me gustan mucho los artículos de esta tienda pero la veo bastante cara. No suele haber mucha gente y los trabajadores son simpáticos con los clientes. Hay alguna marcas de artículos para el hogar que solo encuentro en esta tienda ??
I really like the items in this store but I see it quite expensive. There aren't usually many people and the workers are nice to the customers. There are some brands of household items that I only find in this store ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Classifico com 2 estrelas porque demorei quase 15 min a ser atendida para pagar um único artigo, eu entendo que foi na altura das devoluções do natal, mas é inconcebível este tipo de atendimento ou de só há uma func. Na linha de pagamento e qdo pedimos para chamar outra colega para ajudar dizem que não há, porque estão todas em serviço na loja. Penso eu q é mais importante atender clientes que querem pagar do que dobrar cobertores, ou arrumar loja q não está deserrumada, para este tipo de atendimento prefiro fazer compras online, onde não tenho q esperar tanto tempo para fagar uma coisa e sair da loja. Depois ficam muito surpreendidos qdo as lojas fecham pq os clientes preferem fazer compras online ou noutra loja.
I rate it with 2 stars because it took me almost 15 minutes to be served to pay for a single item, I understand that it was at the time of Christmas returns, but this type of service is inconceivable or there is only one function. On the checkout line and when we ask to call another colleague for help, they say there is none, because they are all on duty at the store. I think that it is more important to serve customers who want to pay than to fold blankets, or to tidy up a store that is not cluttered, for this type of service I prefer to shop online, where I don't have to wait so long to do something and leave the store. Then they are very surprised when the stores close because customers prefer to shop online or in another store.
