Mas o atendimento do péssimo. ??
Não percebi que estavam a fechar, disse boa tarde e nem disseram nada que estavam a fechar nem retribuíram o meu boa tarde, quando vi estavam fechando a porta e quando pedi pra sair nem "até logo". Isso é bem normal nas lojas da Zara aqui em Portugal, seja na fashion ou home.

But the service the lousy. (I.e.
I did not realize they were closing, I said good afternoon and they did not say anything that they were closing or they did not return my good afternoon, when I saw they were closing the door and when I asked to leave nor "see you". This is quite normal in Zara stores here in Portugal, be it fashion or home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I shop regularly at Zara home and have liked their products but the customer service is poor especially regarding their rigid returns policy. I cannot understand why they won’t exchange a Christmas gift with a receipt just because it is outside of the returns date. Not a refund but a straight exchange for a different fragranced candle. Unbelievable
