★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I shop at Zara at most places I travel too. Terrible woman not friendly to tourist did not want to give tax refund.( shorter brown hair and red nails and had a watch on). Everything was impossible to her and we did not get the tax refund on all items because it was “ impossible “. The best brands don’t make things impossible for customers and she makes this a terrible store. Never returning .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is located in Rua Santa Catarina Porto. The place is not so big but has all what you need. You must wear mask before entering to the store. They accept payment in cash and card. The store is normal like others Zara's stores.
