★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The speciality here are the grilled fish and meat. This place is famous for its beans and rice. The atmosphere is very noisy, specially at lunch time. But the staff is efficient and nice. The look and feel is that of a typical "Tasca". Don't expect any luxuries, but do come for very tasty food. It's relatively cheap, but mind the small tapas as they can ramp up the price. All in all, one of my favorite restaurants for a down to earth meal, on the cheap end of the budget.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 'Attentive staff displaying an old fashioned portuguese amicable approach that made Lisbon a hidden gem during the 70's. It is refreshing to experience the way that makes you feel comfortable and at home in Madonna's era. They do not pack the obnoxious modern Lisbon attitude posh alike you are annoying me showing up here and obligating me to do my job. Great experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food here is good, lunch hours can get a bit noisy and your order may take a while to be ready. The price is fair, but the staff is not as friendly as other restaurants, the dishes were a little dirty as well, a little dusty. The price is fair though and there are several options on the menu.
