Erasmus Lisboa is the oldest foreign students association in Portugal founded in 2004 and acquired by ZIN Group in 2015 with the main purpose of developing a new business model and guarantee its future success. The new project intended to adjust the business to the new online reality as well as to the new and much more demanding customers and to its competitors. ZIN Group performed a total rebrand of this project and designed a new business model that could allow its quick growth. ZIN Group as sold its share in 2016 to a Venture Capital Company which is now replicating the business model into 10 worldwide cities on a first stage.
