E o mais grave que depois da venda se recusaram em arranjar. Não deram me tempo para testar os eletrodomésticos, sem orientações alguma, palavras para confortar o cliente de maneira que agilizassem o cpcv. Chegaram a dizer: "A Patricia e Alexandre estejam descansados que caso apareçam algumas avarias nós resolvemos..." isso tudo porquê era a pronto pagto e queriam era medmo acelerar o contrato compra venda. Até porquê não iríamos adquirir o imóvel pelo preço sugerido e a pronto pagamento caso não houvessem os eletrodomésticos encastrados que pretendíamos . E ontem , fui convocada para uma reunião na agência KW Leiria para ouvir o seguinte; "nós não vendemos eletrodomésticos somente imóveis... não vamos arranjar o eletrodoméstico avariado..." Meu Deus, senti me um "brinquedo" naquelas mãos. Nem é pelo valor, ou apenas uma máquina avariada, foi pelas palavras usadas na hora da venda e na hora da esperança de estar com pessoas sérias, ter que ouvir o que não estava a espera. Nem se quer deram me opção para dividir a despesa do arranjo. Não são consultores são meros vendedores. Muita pressa em realizar o contrato compra venda p garantir o negócio quando o imóvel estava todo sem as condições prometidas. Sem contar com as armaduras das lâmpadas da sala todas avariadas que tive que pagá las todas para arranjar. E sabiam disto, certamente. Três individuos, todos sem confiança. Mentiras, chamadas por atender, reinioes constantes, quando não apetecia falar com o cliente, arrogância, etc... Fui obrigada fazer a reclamação e agora um processo. Não recomendo. São incumpridores! Lies, unanswered calls, constant restarts, when I didn't feel like talking to the customer, arrogance, etc ... I was forced to make a complaint and now a lawsuit. I do not recommend. They are defaulters!
