★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The restaurant is not expensive, but the food isnt worth the price, which can make you feel like you overpaid. Everything was just ok. I cannot say the food was bad because it was fresh. But when the fish market is 5 min away walking is that saying much? But it wasn't good. We had the clams and tuna and both were in the same sauce. That's just lazy. All in all it just is and that is all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried the Espetada de Tamboril and it was very good. The Chocolate and Ginger cake is also great. Nice staff and terrible location in a main square next to the river.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice waiter. But food was awful. Had little quid (lulinho). Over cooked in overpowering sauce. Soggy fries. Saw the chef and she looked miserable. Oh well, I should have ventured further.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome restaurant!! The food was amazing, my husband had the John Dory fish, he said it was the best fish he has ever had in his life and I had the steak with mushroom sauce, delicious!! Caetano our waiter was friendly and professional so was Antonio. We met the chef Antonio and he was so kind. Great location accross from the ocean in the square. The wine was excellent and a good price. Highly recommend!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Portugal in mid-August with my family and I absolutely loved it! However, this place had the worst direspectful service I’ve seen in my whole life. There’s one fully lost waiter that told us to wait 15 minutes to give us a table, but after 45 minutes, we went to see him and finally decided to give us a table (as he was giving tables away without calculating anything). Anyway, we get seated and then, the waiter starts shouting and giving us incredible attitude for literally no reason. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious food! we had the stuffed calamari, cataplana and different desserts.
As well the staff was kind and full of attention.
The other time I came, I had the monkfish skewer and could recommend it as well.
I would come back any time again!
