On the picture you just see a starter Shellfish with Beans portion was quite a big and after that I wasn't able finish my Main meal which was sea food pizza. DELCIOUS! For me and my husband we paid 29 euros including 2 coffee. I minus they have a time.

The salad was average but the seafood rice was almost perfect. Service was a bit on the slow side.

A nice place with a terrace in the main avenue of Lagos. It is a tourist's restaurant, but they offer traditional portuguese food. We went for pestinhos of chickpeas with cod and octopus salad. The octopus was terrific. Not the chickpeas. We could feel they were not fresh, there was a small sour flavor. Then we ate sopa do peixe, fish soup with short pasta and coriander. It was good, but it had no salt enough. Then we went for the sardines. They were really good. The serve a big portion of sardines with boiled potatoes and fresh salad. Service is average, they speak proper english.

Definitely nothing for vegetarians. We ordered a soup, which was served totally bland. Only with salt, pepper and a little wine did it become reasonably palatable. This was followed by a course of vegetarian lasagna. You had to look for the vegetables with a magnifying glass. Only the bottom layer was covered with a bit of green stuff. Then a heap of industrially manufactured cheese sauce. Never again. Dear vegetarians, there are much better places to eat in Lagos.

We ordered three different tapas: Shrimps, octopus ? and cod fish ? plus chickpea. Everything was delicious. Bread costs extra, which is unfair. Place and the street were all very peaceful.

A typical Portuguese restaurant with excellent seafood dishes. Although I only had a clam soup and a vegetarian pasta (that was unfortunately overcooked), I saw there were many traditional and tasty looking seafood dishes on the menu... like garlic prawns, octopus, razor clams, and many other shells. I will definitely come back to try more. Update: had a nice dinner last night with my girlfriend, who really enjoyed her lamb chops. My monkfish and prawns was also very good. But I'll still be back for barnacles and mussels and all sorts of clams. Btw... staff was great again!
