Both times I needed support from PSP I looked for this squad and there is nothing to complain about. The agents are always well-disposed and kind, even on duty, at dawn.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chegamos com a esquadra completamente vazia, mesmo assim o chefe de polícia conseguiu demorar 2 horas pra fazer boletim de ocorrência/participação.
Nesse período, aparecem mais policiais encaminhando uma senhora que cometeu um crime, não foi detida, e saiu mais cedo que nós que ainda estavamos fazendo uma queixa.
Descaso total.
We arrived with the police station completely empty, yet the police chief managed to take 2 hours to make a report / report.
During this period, more police appear, directing a lady who committed a crime, was not arrested, and left earlier than us who were still making a complaint.
Total neglect.

Having been in more than 20 countries I have never had such a bad experience with people in general and specifically with police. If you have a problem you will have to solve it by your own as this people will not be of any kind of help.
Totalmente inútiles, deberás solucionarte tú mismo tus problemas ya que estos no sé que tipo de preparación tienen pero ganas de ayudar ninguna.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ totally unhelpful and unwilling to be of any kind of help. I have never encountered a less willing to help police organization than the one i had to deal with in Lisbon. Hope it was just a coincidence that i dealt with the 15 - 20 not competent police officers...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had our wallet stolen and they refused to take our statement. They just sent us to another station very far away with the excuse of our Portuguese not being good enough (they spoke fluent English and our Portunhol is not that bad).
I had to edit this in the light of new developments. They sent us very far to another police station, and it turns out that they had the wallet with the documents here all the time.
SHAME ON YOU! YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO BE CALLED PUBLIC SERVANTS!
