★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever. I’ve asked for a cold tone blond balayage and ended up with some copper highlights. The result was not what I expected (Even if I’ve shown some pictures to the hairdresser) so I returned to the salon to explain and they gave me another appointment. After the 2nd appointment it was WORST. It was completely the opposite of what I asked. It was absolutely not a balayage, it was like a classic colour on all of my hair. It was not blond at all and not cold toned. I was almost redhead because it was really copper. It was a disaster. I paid 170€ and I had to go to another salon to fix my hair so I paid another 150€. I ended up paying more than 300€ for a balayage juste because the hairdresser did not respect what I asked. Again, I’ve shown several pictures of what I wanted and I literally said that I wanted a cool toned balayage. How is it possible that I end up with some regular colour, red/copper on all of my hair ? You can see on the pictures attached what ive asked VS what I ended up with. Also, I’ve sent an email to ask for a refund as the service was sooo bad and I never received any answer. The service is terrible I do not recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Let me first say, that I'm happy with my haircut, nothing wrong with that. Unfortunately I didn't receive the "15 min. of HAIR SPA - massagem relaxante no momento de lavagem" as mentioned at the website of 244 Avenida. When I asked for it, they said "Because of Corona we don't do it". Really? Now we are using always 'Corona' as an excuse of not doing certain things?? I advised them to correct the information on their website because it is far from professional to promise certain treatments to your clients and in the end you don't give it.
