★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compared to the competition, the commissions at this broker are relatively high. So high that unfortunately with a small investment portfolio it blocks the possibility of a good diversification of the investment portfolio and thus the investment risk.
In my poor experience with this broker there were situations in which reported issues, which according to the DIF platform can only be solved by a consultant, were transferred to another consultant. I am very dissatisfied with the poor level of customer service at DIF broker.
I especially have in mind the incompetent consultants who are, unfortunately, of Polish origin. While using the services of DIF broker I had an experience of very limited contact with the Polish consultants assigned to me.
The general consumer experience with this broker is rather poor, I honestly do not recommend it, in fact there are brokers available on the market who offer their clients a much better opportunity to invest in a greater number of stock exchanges from all over the world and at a lower price of commissions, which in the long run at least do not eat up your small investment portfolio characteristic for every person from the middle class of society.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best broker I've been using so far. Their platform works great, the support is excellent and never had any issue with them. The only drawback lies in higher than average fees, but I'm happy to pay more for the reliable service. Plus, the broker is not a market maker, which for me matters a lot.
