T	Tony F. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención del personal. Pedí factura y tras esperar 10 minutos vino el encargado con insultos, gritos, faltas de respeto....una pena. Llamé casí 4h antes para organizar la recogida ya que tenía prisa y aún así tenía que esperar 30 minutos mínimo. El parking en sí no está vigilado, ya te dicen que no dejes nada a la vista por si acaso. Es caro para lo que es, si reservais unos días antes teneis muchas opciones más baratas y mucho mejores. Prefiero aparcar en la calle que volver a este. Terrible attention from the staff. I asked for an invoice and after waiting 10 minutes the manager came with insults, yelling, disrespect ... a shame. I called almost 4 hours before to arrange the pick-up as I was in a hurry and still had to wait at least 30 minutes. The parking itself is not guarded, they already tell you not to leave anything in sight just in case. It is expensive for what it is, if you book a few days before you have many cheaper and much better options. I'd rather park on the street than go back to this one.

Nosotros llegamos con el tiempo justo para nuestro vuelo a Berlín y enseguida teníamos solucionado lo del parking y el llevarnos al aeropuerto. Si tengo que dejar en otra ocasión mi coche, volveré a hacerlo en Europarking. Fantastic place to leave your car, they are polite, fast and friendly. We arrived just in time for our flight to Berlin and we immediately had the parking and taking us to the airport sorted out. If I have to leave my car another time, I will do it again at Europarking.
S	Solange Pinto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O parque é o mais em conta comparado com a concorrência e ainda nos oferece o transporte para o aeroporto e na volta o que é óptimo. A equipa é simpática e prestável. Gostei especialmente de só ir uma pessoa estacionar o carro e haver alguém que nos indica onde e como o estacionar. O parque é todo vedado e só se entra ou sai com a ajuda do funcionário. Vou recomendar! The park is the cheapest compared to the competition and it still offers transportation to the airport and back, which is great. The staff are friendly and helpful. I especially liked that there was only one person to park the car and there was someone to tell us where and how to park it. The park is completely fenced and you can only enter or leave with the help of the employee. I will recommend!

Otra cosa diferente fue la recogida de CERO de nota , espera de 37 minutos en el aeropuerto, después el conductor que nos transporta atendiendo dos teléfonos a la vez y conduciendo. Muy mal y una falta de respeto. Otra persona que allí estaba también con la misma compañía que nosotros creo que le puso una reclamación. Como yo no creo en ello no perdí más mi tiempo. The perfect delivery of 10 marks, with very good service. Another different thing was the collection of ZERO of note, waiting of 37 minutes at the airport, then the driver who transports us answering two phones at the same time and driving.
