3 times that I was a customer, of the 3 times that the pieces were the same, even having given warranty. I don't recommend it at all!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coloquei um Casaco Parka para limpeza nesta Loja e deram garantia que o mesmo iria ficar limpo sem objeção. Quando fui levantar verifiquei que a parka estava com alteração de cor, os apliques totalmente danificados e tinha um aspeto gasto e impróprio para se vestir. Ofereceram uma segunda limpeza, sem custo ,contudo o casaco ficou na mesma. Disseram que o casaco iria ser avaliado pela chefia entrando em contacto comigo dentro de 2 dias, via telefone, ao qual aguardei uma semana sem um único telefonema. Hoje dirigi-me á loja para perceber o porque de ainda não me terem ligado, ao qual a resposta: teria de esperar pelo contacto telefónico. Por fim escrevi no livro de reclamações e devolveram-me o casaco no estado lastimável que o deixaram. Não tenho mais intenções de usufruir de nenhum dos serviços desta cadeia de lojas.
I placed a Parka Coat for cleaning at this store and they guaranteed it would be clean without objection. When I got up I noticed that the parka had changed color, the appliqués were totally damaged and it looked worn and unsuitable for dressing. They offered a second cleaning, free of charge, however the coat stayed the same. They said that the coat would be evaluated by the manager contacting me within 2 days, via phone, which I waited for a week without a single phone call. Today I went to the store to understand why they still hadn't called me, to which the answer: I would have to wait for the telephone contact. Finally I wrote in the complaints book and they returned the coat to me in the pitiful state they left it. I no longer intend to use any of the services of this chain of stores.
