★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Supermarket that is surrounded by other businesses, all indoors..that also sells, holidays, chemist, sport, electric and electronics, household, stationary, clothes, personal and an array of odds, etc..great wine and drinks selection. Includes an extensive bakers, fresh fish and butchers selection. There are some bargains but there are lots that have become expensive now the pound is near the euro value.i would say this is middle class shopping...city and more well off citizens..but worth a visit..there's 2 major ones in Coimbra city but they are extensive throughout Portugals main towns and cities.

Has everything that you need from groceries, meats, cheeses, wines, vegetables from different countries, to toys, books, stationery, hardware, linen, clothing, garden items, electrical appliances, pharmacy and the list goes on. The center even has a gym. Coffee shops, sports shop, and Pet shop with groomers. Outside, you have a bus stop and meter taxi rank. It's also has plenty of covered parking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conveniently located in the centre of Coimbra with a massive Continente supermarket. There's a medium sized food hall with about 15 shops e.g. Vitiminas, Bitoque. A range of other shops for fashion and living. Large car park.
