★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje fui levantar um kispo que custou muito dinheiro e foi lavado a seco. O kispo ficou todo estragado. Desbotou nas costuras da frente e não de trás. Danificou os elásticos existentes nos bolsos frontais. Tive que pedir o livro de reclamações e ainda por cima a funcionário deu-me a morada da loja física errada para escrever. Sempre fui cliente e sempre satisfeita, mas se receberam a peça para cuidar, é porque sabiam cuidar. Se não mais valia terem dito que não aceitavam a peça. Estou ansiosa de uma resposta.
Today I went to pick up a kispo that cost a lot of money and was dry-cleaned. The kispo was completely spoiled. It faded at the front seams, not the back. It damaged the elastic bands in the front pockets. I had to ask for the complaints book and on top of that the employee gave me the address of the wrong physical store to write. I have always been a customer and always satisfied, but if they received the piece to care for, it is because they knew how to care. If it was no longer worth having said that they would not accept the play. I look forward to an answer.
