Da segunda vez coloquei carga normal, e sou mais uma vez surpreendido com a roupa tão suja quanto a coloquei (e não se encontrava especialmente suja). Péssimo serviço!
Bad experience. I used the service twice. The first time the laundry came out of the dirty washing machine, but I gave it the benefit of the doubt, fearing that I had added too many clothes.
The second time I put on a normal load, and I am once again surprised that the laundry was as dirty as I put it on (and it wasn't particularly dirty). Terrible service!
