Pela segunda vez encomendo livros escolares, recebem adiantado, ficam de ligar aquando a chegada da encomenda e nada... quando me dirijo lá para perguntar o que se passa ainda dizem que têm muito trabalho e não ligaram por esquecimento e que já iam devolver a encomenda.
