A senhora que atende o telefone é mal educada, ela devia saber que ao atender o telefone é em parte a relações públicas da empresa.
Um bocadinho de cordialidade era muito bom, mas enfim!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compramos um objecto online em OUTUBRO do ano passado e até hoje não recebemos a mercadoria. Partilho da opinião do outro usuário em que o atendimento telefónico é PÉSSIMO e a "suposta" pessoa responsável pelas compras via net NUNCA ESTÁ e NUNCA retorna o contacto do cliente.
NÃO RECOMENDO ESSA EMPRESA.
We bought an item online in OCTOBER last year and we still haven't received the goods. I share the opinion of the other user in which the telephone service is TERRIBLE and the "alleged" person responsible for purchases via the net NEVER IS and NEVER returns the customer's contact.
