★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta semana dirigi-me a uma máquina de venda automática na Estação da Cidade Universitária e fiquei sem as batatas fritas e sem o dinheiro. Liguei para o número de telefone indicado e fiz a reclamação pediram-me o NIB para fazer o reembolso e já recuperei o dinheiro perdido. Foi rápido e o atendimento foi bom. Obrigada.
 This week I went to a vending machine at the Cidade Universitária station and ran out of chips and money. I called the phone number indicated and made the complaint, they asked me for the NIB to make the refund and I have already recovered the lost money. It was fast and the service was good. Thanks.

Liguei para o número indicado e pediram-me para enviar um email. A situação foi prontamente resolvida e o dinheiro devolvido 2 dias depois para a minha conta. Funcionam 5 estrelas. I went to the citizen's store to buy 3 bottles of EPAL. I managed to acquire the same ones but the machine got 2.70. I called the number provided and they asked me to send an email. The situation was promptly resolved and the money returned 2 days later to my account. They work 5 stars. Congratulations and thank you for the good service provided.

Entrei em contacto com a empresa, pediram desculpa e explicaram como devia proceder.
No próprio dia tinha a devolução feita.
Máquinas, ainda para mais manuseadas por tanta gente, podem realmente avariar, mas, apesar do stress momentâneo, o atendimento ao cliente compensa superando qualquer expectativa

The machine I sometimes use for my breakfast, today had the cup jammed and I couldn't enjoy my drink.
I contacted the company, they apologized and explained how to proceed.
On the same day, the return was made.
Machines, even more handled by so many people, can really break down, but despite the momentary stress, customer service pays off by exceeding any expectations.
I wish to continue the good work

Pressing the R button does absolutely nothing.
Absolute garbage!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday I tried to buy a bottle of water and the machine took the money without and didn't give back the water neither the money. I called the line and the lady asked me to send an email explaining what happened then they took action and refunded my money back immediately. Errors happen but the service is great!

So many people doesn't respect their equipments and therefore prejudice others and yet, the company understands, try to solve the issue and praise for the client satisfaction. Great job
