O atendimento já começou péssimo, entretanto pela minha urgência, decidi confiar na profissional, efetuei o pagamento adiantado de 25 euros para a bainha de um vestido, até então, tudo bem.
Levei meu vestido uma semana antes e o prometido é que ficaria pronto, na próxima quinta-feira.
No dia da entrega liguei ao meio dia para saber se já estava pronto, a senhora respondeu em tom mau educado que entraria em contato quando estivesse pronto, após não ter qualquer retorno, liguei novamente as 18h, quando aos gritos ela disse me para ter paciência, que já era a segunda vez que estava a ligar.
Quando levantei o vestido, não tive tempo de provar, ao chegar em casa e prova-lo, só me apetecia chorar, o vestido estava completamente torto, mesmo com o salto, estava maior do que esperado na frente e o pano de baixo, estava maior do que o pano de cima. Um completo desastre, isso tudo 1 dia antes de eu ser dama do honor e precisar do vestido.
Não recomendo nem que fosse a última casa de costura do mundo!

The service started bad, however, due to my urgency, I decided to trust the professional, I made an advance payment of 25 euros for the hem of a dress, so far, so good.
I took my dress a week early and promised it would be ready next Thursday.
On the day of delivery I called at noon to find out if it was ready, the lady replied in a rude tone that she would get in touch when it was ready, after not having any return, I called again at 6 pm, when she shouted at me to be patient , which was the second time I was calling.
When I lifted the dress, I didn't have time to try it on, when I got home and tried it on, I just wanted to cry, the dress was completely crooked, even with the heel, it was bigger than expected in the front and the bottom cloth was bigger than the top cloth. A complete disaster, all this 1 day before I was a bridesmaid and I needed the dress.
I don't even recommend it being the last sewing house in the world!
