L	Luis Bonet on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a great restaurant sitting just outside the fortified city of Óbidos. The food is good and fresh, the priced are a tad high but can't really complain. The building itself is historic, well decorated and comfy. The only suggestion I would have is that they hire a designer to re-do their menu. It is confusing and plain ugly.

For the main the pork to share fell apart on my fork. Just such good food, the owner was a top, top guy.

A great host who makes you feel welcome and whose personality is an evening’s entertainment in its own right! The food was wonderful as well, not to mention the selection of wines available. A definite ‘must-visit’ when you’re in the area!

Service was fantastic. Nothing that Pedro and Marco couldn't do for us. Would definitely recommend to a friend!

Unfortunately the lighting really doesn't lend itself to taking worthy photos of the food. If anything, I would have loved a tad more taste on either the fish or the mousse. My companion's vegetarian dish was exquisite, though.

But… hands down the best part was Pedro (owner). He visited each table and chatted with everyone and that made the dinner so special for my wife and I. If we ever make it back this will be our first stop.
