★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location however decor very dated, extremely basic. Only one power socket in the room. On summer time, when is very busy period, you can hear noisy people outside (until 2-3am) so take ear plugs with you. Rooms are a hot. Staff speak no English but hand gestures work. Breakfast and coffee place next door.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place has undergone refurbishment recently, so don't be put off by the old pictures. Very cheap and central, the hosts don't speak English but you can get by well enough. Rooms very comfy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very cozy hotel very close to the center of porto, the staff were very nice. There was no air conditioner though so we had to sleep with the windows open which was a bit problematic due to all the street noise at night and the mosquitos.
But all things considered it had a great value for its' price
