★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atenção para com o Cliente no pós venda é inexistente. Perderam um Cliente, porque são inflexíveis. Nos tempos que correm e em período de férias, não trocaram um presente de aniversário porque tinha acabado de fazer um mês da compra. Ou seja, quem ofereceu comprou com bastante tempo de antecedência e quando fui trocar já tinha passado um mês.
Inacreditável! Tenho pena até porque sou a favor do comércio local. Mas nunca mais entrarei na loja, que fica a dois passos de minha casa.
 Attention to the customer after sales is non-existent. They lost a Customer because they are inflexible. These days and on vacation, they didn't exchange a birthday present because they had just completed a month of shopping. In other words, whoever offered it bought it well in advance and when I went to exchange it, it had already been a month.
Unbelievable! I'm sorry because I'm in favor of local businesses. But I will never enter the store again, which is two steps from my house.
