Preços acima da média. Quality Alentejo and Mediterranean food. Serve with a lot of sympathy. Toasts in bolo do caco and chicken stew with mushrooms were delicious. Prices above average.

Ich sage es mal so: Iberico-Schwein trocken zu bekommen ist kaum machbar, (Iberico-) Schweinebauch trocken zu bekommen fast unmöglich. Aber die Jungs haben das geschafft - furztrocken sogar und zur Krönung mit allen Sehnen und Knochen. Auch die Auberginen waren verbrannt. Das bekomme ich zu Hause auf meinem Terrassengrill besser hin... Passt auch überhaupt nicht zum Anspruch des Hotels... More appearances than being are probably good. Let's put it this way: getting Iberico pig dry is hardly feasible, getting (Iberico) pork belly dry almost impossible. But the boys did it - even dry and to the crown with all sinews and bones. The eggplants were burned too. I get better at home on my terrace grill ... Also fits not at all to the claim of the hotel ...

M	MS Barao Sabrosa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is not managed well, chaos at the pass. Serving frozen ready meal fish filet in the kids menu. Breakfast also disappointing - stale pastries, oily omelet. Rather bizzare considering the concept of the hotel is "cooking & Nature".

It’s nice to sit at the long table next to each other and watch the live cooking… the interior is special ! The menu could be a little bit more extended, especially when you want to have dinner for several times. Food and wines are good… The staff is very friendly and not pushy.
