★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Traditional Portuguese dishes - large volume, moderate prices. Appeared to be a family owned business that does not get a lot of tourists as clients. Our server (owner?) was very friendly and helpful with the menu. Would definitely return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ great experience all around. the owners were very helpful with our lack of Portugese and explained the menu very clearly. i had the cod mixed with egg chips... delicious and filling! my wife had the calamari. it was large chunks and very fresh. this was a great first meal on our Portugal Holiday cycling down to Saint Vincent

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We found this place by chance and thank god we did!! It felt like food was made by my mum with all her love :) The portions are super generous (1 portion serves 2 easily!). The menu covers traditional portuguese dishes like Bacalhau à Braz and Lamb stew. The staff was super nice (family business) and last but not least, the place was immaculate clean (including the toilets). Great value for money too. Totally recommended ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic authentic Portuguese little restaurant in Santiago do Cacem. We visited this place for dinner, during our stay in this city in June 2021. Although the place was busy, the owner/staff give us a nice table and took some time to explain the different menu’s. Price/quality wise I think you cannot find a better place to have dinner in the area… . We had “bacalhau a bras” (typical Portugese dish) and grilled pork, both were delicious, as well as the house wine !
Highly recommended!
