★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider hat dieses Geschäft sich um 180 Grad zum negativen verändert, vor Jahren war noch 5 Stern Service und so habe ich dies auch damals erwähnt und heute würde ich nicht mal einen Stern geben wenn es möglich wäre....... Auftrag Reparatur und neu Kauf von Gerät im Geschäft, nach viele male anrufen kommen der Serviceman mit Begleitung endlich und sind nach 5 Minuten wieder Abgefahren, weil Reparatur müsse zuerst abklären (er hatte nicht mal Werkzeug dabei!!) und neues Gerät passte nicht rein!! Habe wieder gewartet und wieder viele mal in Geschäft fragen nie war jemand anwesend der Auskunft geben konnte Chefin war lieber am Häuser verkaufen..... keine Reaktion Tage lang, schon als Bekannt das wir nicht Portugiesisch sprechen war ich schon vorverurteilt... dann haben wir in Messines Geschäft gefragt ist zu uns gekommen hat in 5 Minuten mit Werkzeug Gerät repariert (war nur eine Sicherung defekt...) und neue Maschine in 15 Minuten eingestellt, werde diese Bewertung später einstellen, also wenn Du nicht beachtet werden willst, keinen Service willst und viel Zeit mit rennen nach dem Service verlieren willst gehe hier hin.... ;-)
Unfortunately, this business has changed by 180 degrees to the negative, years ago there was still 5 star service and so I mentioned this back then and today I would not even give a star if it were possible ....... order repairs and Buy a new device in the shop, after many calls the serviceman and company finally come and leave after 5 minutes because repairs have to be clarified first (he didn't even have tools with him !!) and the new device didn't fit in !! I waited again and asked again a lot of times in business, no one was present who could give information. The boss preferred to sell the houses ..... no reaction for days, even when I was known that we don't speak Portuguese, I was already prejudiced ... then we asked in Messine's shop came to us repaired the device in 5 minutes with tools (only one fuse was defective ...) and set a new machine in 15 minutes, will post this rating later, so if you don't want to be considered, do not want any service and want to lose a lot of time running after the service go here .... ;-)
