★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pathetic lady serving at customer service to open bank account. She do not want to perform her job and making lame excuses to not open bank account. Guy had all documents and she said i need your educational certificates to open bank account. Seriously, are you hiring him or opening a damm bank account.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is extremely slow, after one hour wait two attendants lied on our faces when we had the online ticket for our turn to open a combined bank account and they said our turn was already gone and they were five numbers ahead, while their screen was clearly showing our number. They obviously did not want to work as it was 10 minutes to 19:00 and they close at 20:00 but we were there before 18:00 so this is just a lack of respect with customers!!!

She is saying if you don't speak Portuguese then you don't opening the account at here ,She is referring to going in Millennium bank and open your account on there.
