★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente um banco corrupto. Funcionários tentam ajudar, mas o banco debita dinheiro da sua conta e não consegue explicar a razão, procedência e serviço. Apenas jogam o jogo do : não fui eu, culpa o outro lado. Lamentável.
Unfortunately a corrupt bank. Employees try to help, but the bank debits money from your account and cannot explain the reason, origin and service. They just play the game of : it wasn't me, blame the other side. Unfortunate.

Total lack of control over pending cases, bad treatment of customers. I do not advise Amoreiras or Parque das Nações agencies. Bad level of service.
