O telefone um S9 não caiu sequer nem sofreu nenhuma torção...
Não tem qualidade nenhuma.
Vou lá escrecer no livro de reclamações.

Péssima experiência com uma película defeituosa e que estou há 3 meses para resolver e sem fim à vista. Adquiri uma película de vidro para um Huawei Mate 20 Pro que me custou 20€. Logo nos primeiros dias começaram a aparecer uns pontos por baixo da película na metade direita. Só depois se veio a perceber que isto aconteceu porque, sempre que carregava nos botões de volume ou desligar, a película levantava deixando entrar pó e outra impurezas. Neste momento até pêlos tem. Fiz vários telefonemas na esperança de conseguir trocar por outra mas até hoje dizem-me sempre que não receberam mais nenhuma para o mesmo modelo. Continuo com uma película que me estraga a experiência de utilização do telefone e nunca recebi qualquer/ telefonema da SmartTalk no sentido de resolver este problema. Loja fortemente a evitar.
