★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went here with my partner in October and was my first spa experience. We walked to the spa from Portimao across the seafront. On arrival the staff where friendly and covid safe. The staff are mainly Portuguese speaking but still able to assist us. We opted for a 45min therapeutic massage and baths which we booked there. The baths where beautiful and allowed us to really relax ready for our treatment. The treatment was in a separate room me and my partner had our massage together. Everything was very relaxing and professional. We finished our visit with a last visit to the baths before coming home. Would 100% recommend if your visiting the area as a relaxing treat for any holiday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We arrived at Aguadream Mediterranean Baths at 10am without a reservation & we were warmly welcomed by staff. We were offered complimentary flip flops & towels.
We then walked through the premises, the use of the change rooms, lockers then the baths & steam rooms were fully explained by staff.

We found the facility to be clean & inviting.
We enjoyed 90 minutes of pure tranquility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful experience. The pools are bigger than in the photos and are all if different temperatures. There is a jacuzzi and a Turkish bath also. We had a 20 minute massage which was very relaxing. The staff did not hurry us and let us take our time in the pools. They also provide refreshing tea and a friendly dog is there to greet you at reception. Overall I would highly recommend you visit!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend and I had an amazing relaxing time here today. The different baths were lovely, great lighting and it was wonderful to switch off for a few hours. My exfoliating treatment made my skin feel really soft and the massage was one of the best I have had. We would definitely recommend a spa day here. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall wonderful experience, and I hope to visit again soon! It had a vibe of a temple, but dove with elegant simplicity. The lighting was clearly something they put a lot of intention into - using real lit candles around the pools and in the relaxation space. The different temperatures and types of pools range from cold to hot, both regular fresh water chlorinated and salt pools as well. I highly recommend!
