★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faltas de água ou pressão com alguma frequência. Site nem sempre está actualizado com as intervenções... E fora de horário atendimento, a chamada é direcionada para um telemóvel, supostamente de colaborador que por norma está a acompanhar intervenção não prevista... nem sempre atendem... Se estiver a auxiliar na intervenção/ resolução, chamadas constantes não vão ajudar. Aguas caras comparadas com outros concelhos, mau serviço e má qualidade. As crateras nas estradas derivadas das águas/roturas, assim como os lagos, já não são uma novidade por estas bandas.
Lack of water or pressure with some frequency. Site is not always up to date with interventions ... And after hours of service, the call is directed to a cell phone, supposedly from a collaborator who is normally monitoring unplanned intervention ... they do not always answer ... If you are assisting in intervention / resolution, constant calls will not help. Expensive waters compared to other counties, poor service and poor quality. Road craters derived from water / ruptures, as well as lakes, are no longer a novelty in these parts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incompetentes!! Mudam de instalações, não colocam nada na porta, não avisam os clientes nem por email, na Internet colocam a morada errada, é vergonhoso!!
Para quem não sabe, deixo aqui a nova morada: Av. 5 Outubro, n° 101, Setúbal, ao lado da Adega Dos Passarinhos.
Que tristeza, terem de ser os clientes a ajudarem-se ums aos outros, com a empresa o valor é ZERO!! Andam velhotes a pé, horas à procura das instalações, não facultaram informação a ninguém!! INÚTEIS
Incompetent!! They change facilities, don't put anything on the door, don't notify customers even by email, on the Internet they put the wrong address, it's shameful!!

How sad, having to be the customers to help each other, with the company the value is ZERO!! Old people walk, hours looking for the facilities, they didn't provide information to anyone!! USELESS

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mas está gente não tem a mínima vergonha na cara?? Passam de umas instalações acolhedoras para uma loja de garagem??? Andam a gozar com o €€€ dos contribuintes!! Se realmente só existe o segurança na porta e uma assistente de balcão para que é preciso doutores engenharia e recursos? Tenha a dignidade de terem umas instalações dignas.
But don't these people have the slightest shame on their faces?? Do they go from a cozy facility to a garage shop??? They're making fun of taxpayers' €€€!! If there's really only security at the door and an assistant at the counter, why do you need engineering doctors and resources? Have the dignity of having decent facilities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incrível, das que cobra a água mais cara no país presta um serviço horrível, parece que estamos em Bagdad, de 2 em 2 semanas temos o abastecimento interrompido por rupturas na rede...
Enfim maus demais.
