★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room was basic but absolutely adequate. Helpful friendly staff. The only thing I have to complain about is out of the hands of the staff. A puppy lives in a privately owned apartment (69 block A).
It is left for up to 12 hours a day and cries pitifully for attention all day meaning it’s not possible to use the balcony as it will cry even more if it glimpses humans. It really spoilt the holiday for me , watching a young animal suffer such isolation. Maybe the owners don’t realise how distressed the poor creature is ALL day.
Apart from this I have no complaints. Excellent value for money

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No service everything was wet whole week
Cleaner only from 3days bed hard. We couldnt check out because no one was there. They forbid dogs but my Neighbour had 3dogs online says that there wifi is but the receptionist said only in public room where just 3 chairs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here for a couple of days and it was lovely! The pool is huge with lots of sun beds, the staff were very friendly & the apartment was great!
I was placed near the reception but I do know that there is apartments with steps etc so maybe ask for lower room when booking (block A5/A6)
It is literally a 7 minute walk to the old town square and has bars & restaurants close to it too!
The only downfall was the wifi didn’t reach the room but was at the pool area

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here for winter break. I would have given it much more stars but the accommodation was pretty basic. Staff including management where very good. The level of customer service was exceptional. This makes the stay comfortable and relaxing. Only one point I can fault is that the whole week the apartment was not cleaned adequately. This could be due to COVID and the fact that they didn’t know at what times the apartment would be vacant long enough to thoroughly clean. A recommendation would be that if they had door signs to say ‘please clean the room’ then we could have left that as an indication that the room was vacant, then it would certainly be deserving at least a 5*. Every amenity including the beach was within a mile and the walk was pleasant. Thank you to all staff we definitely will recommend and be back again next year. Hafizur UK

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked here for our first holiday to Portugal. The beds are absolutely awful they are rock hard. There was ants in the apartment in the dining area with the TV, the blankets were rough to sleep with. There was banging all night from a wooden shutter next door. The fridge was making a racket all throughout our stay too, no kettle which was odd. The lighting was absolutely awful there is no proper lighting apart from little spot lights on the wall, we arrived with only one toilet paper in the apartment which we had to contact to get some more, lots of steps and stairs to go up where we was staying made them aware about pregnancy but they weren't too bothered. The ATM which they have two of them didn't work or were off. Had problems locking the door when going out, there was a buzzer to our apartment outside our main door which was pressed and opened and no one there. Overall we would go back to the area just not this apartment it was absolutely awful. I'm unsure how they reached a 3 ****

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When we arrived reception was closed despite the websites saying it was open till 11… no guidance on how to check in left anywhere! if it wasn’t for the couple that told us where to go we would have been stood there all night, to which we were then informed the bar, restaurant and pool were all closed. once we’d managed to find our room it wasn’t anything like the images we’d been shown on on the beach. we had booked a room for 3 so this included a pull out sofa bed.. no bed just a sofa. once we’d look around the overall dirty and gross environment we’d found a nest of ants that looked like they were having a party in our apartment room, they were in the beds too. 2 of the guests staying had woken up with ants biting them in their sleep. would not recommend staying here. the lights do not work, the electricals are awful the heating doesn’t work and the beds are rock solid. the blankets don’t seem to have been washed and using the pillows caused my face to break out with a lot of spots.. the hotel in the inbetweeners seems more appealing that this place..
