N	Nuno Santos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room was awful, it was so small that the door would not open all the way back and it would hit the bed. Every time we entered/exited the room we had to squeeze through the door. The only good thing about this hotel is the view from the balcony.
W	Wendy Poole on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a really gorgeous 2 star hotel. Very clean with a small to medium roof top pool with views to take your breath away overlooking Albufeira and the ocean. The roof top bar is a delight and the hotel staff are extremely efficient, warm hearted and smiley. I can recommend entirely.
D	Darren Faulds on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For a 2 star it was perfect... Bit and bobs wrong. But it's only 2 star. Loved it. Staff amazing. Breakfast simple but got you through the morning. If you don't like hills probably not the hotel for you. But the views tho. Spectacular!!!!
M	Maddy Stuiver on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WARNING! Do not stay at this hotel! This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. They clearly make a business of scamming people out of their money. We booked a room with a sea view and we were offered a basement room with no light and it was disgustingly dirty. We then complained and made them aware of their mistake, no one apologised. Including the manager. The receptionists were very patronising when sorting out our issue. The receptionist Joanna, pretended that there was their was no mistake. We were told they had sold our room, and that we wouldn’t be receiving a refund at all. We had to wait until the next days check in time for the room to be sorted. They were than happy to take our money for the full price room. The room itself was unclean. The linen was extremely old and over used. The bathroom mouldy, and peeling with a musty sewerage smell. The toilet roll holder fell off the wall into puddles of water from the shower. Items such such as cupboards, doors and hair dryers were all broken and just left in the room. Overall such a negative stay, a very poorly run business with such disgraceful service. I would not recommend this hotel.

I thought €39 for a double room with seaview balcony including breakfast, I couldn't ask for more. But I just can't stand the dirtiness in the room. I have to find another hotel and moved. I lost 2 nights rent. Because I had to pay for 7 nights when checking in and it was not refundable. There is no toiletries or glass in the room. I had to ask them to give me a plastic cup for teeth brushing. Towels are changed for every 3 days. There is a safe in the wardrobe but they charge €2 per day. I attacked some photos. See if you can feel comfortable to stay there. Actually I don't want to give any star to this hotel but I don't know to contribute any review without rating.
P	Phillip Dixon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not great but will do if you're on a budget. Never ate here and did not want to. Reception were very helpful, the staff were the biggest plus of the place. The room was basic, bathroom not the best - but all functional. If you're looking for luxury spend a little more. If you're looking for somewhere to lay your head on the cheap, this will do just fine.

It was pretty clean ans it wasn't really that bad to sleep there but we didn't use the pool (no one did) as it didn't look good and this was main reason we went for this hotel. The pictures of fishes on the wall are not welcoming at all, seems creepy and the breakfast was very poor (only bread roll with ham and cereals). It is really expensive for the 2 star hotel in this condition.
