★ ★ ★ ★ ★ - the shower and toilet in the bathroom overflowed, so that stinking brown water was all over the place (incl. the kitchen)
- check-in is at 3pm and they are charging a lot to store your luggage before checkin or after checkout
- there is mold in the batrhoom
- you can't really reach the accomodation by Uber/taxi

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent localisation in the Alfama neighbourhood! The streets can be noisy at night during weekends (I stayed 9 nights) but in a really typical street of Lisboa near the best places around. It worths spending some nights there. Manuel is a great host and very helpful ! I really recommend this place for the service received. I keep this address in mind for a next stay. Thanks a lot !

The 1st disadvantage is the check in hour, is only between 4PM to 7PM.
And the 2nd is that you have to pay for your storage luggage 3.5€ per unit of you arrive earlier than check in hour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was a nice stay in a mini apartment in the historical city center. The place quite, well keep, clean, the shower is fantastic, the bed good and the owner very helpful. There is no front desk, you have to send him a WhatsApp and he will answer you pronto.
