Entre outras situações caricatas refiro apenas o facto de, à minha frente, ter baixado a máscara de protecção e ter esfregado nariz e olhos, voltando a colocar a máscara sem qualquer tipo de desinfecção; quando, sorrindo, a questionei sobre o sucedido, respondeu: - O pior é da minha cara! Isto, aliado ao facto de não haver outra forma de pagamento que não seja com dinheiro vivo ou INSERÇÃO de cartão bancário, em terminal que NÃO desinfectou, leva-me a desaconselhar por completou uma visita à loja Accustomed to, normally, excellent service by the orthopedics section employee, today I was unpleasantly surprised by the lack of professional and personal preparation on the part of the person who stood up to attend me He showed ill will, lack of professionalism, total ignorance of the articles he sells, little personal training and inability to deal with customers! A semana passada entrei nesta farmácia e perguntei se faziam teste rápido Covid com resultado em Inglês, a funcionária disse sim e marquei para o dia anterior à minha viagem. Sexta feira as 18 horas fiz o exame e foi me entregue uma folha A4 com o resultado apenas em português. Ao balcão pedi o resultado em Inglês e a funcionaria disse que só entregam em PT. Confrontei e relembrei que a quando a marcação perguntei e negou ter dito que sim e que eu tinha entendido mal! Elevei o tom e exiji falar com a médica responsável que veio prontamente e traduziu o documento. A funcionária, além de mal educada foi mentirosa e em momento algum mostrou profissionalismo. Não volto nem aconselho. Unpleasant and unprofessional employee. Last week I went into this pharmacy and asked if they were taking Covid rapid tests with results in English, the employee said yes and I booked for the day before my trip. Friday at 6 pm I took the exam and was handed an A4 sheet with the result only in Portuguese. At the counter I asked for the result in English and the staff said they only deliver in PT. I confronted and remembered that when the appointment asked and denied having said yes and that I had misunderstood! I raised my tone and demanded to speak to the responsible doctor who came promptly and translated the document. The employee, in addition to being rude, was a liar and never showed professionalism. I do not return or advise.

I asked for a medicine for stomach pain and nausea related to a food I ate and was sold a drug for people following chemotherapy. Do not trust when you're stranger ! Not trustworthy !
A	Anna Byon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pharmacy where I was able to get an COVID antigen test for travel. They instructed me to call and book a time to come in. Payment was 25€ and needed passport to link the results to. Results are given immediately and are emailed to you.
J	Jenny Op den Camp on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here for a covid test for travel. Made a reservation by phone in the morning. When I arrived I had to fill in a form, they took the test and I received immediately the result by e-mail and in print out. Great test location for travelers.
Z	Zonia Zena on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I woke up with a swollen eye and searched for the nearest pharmacy. This one came up. I was so nervous about my eye that i forgot to bring my mask. Of course when i entered there was a male employee who inquired about it . I apologize for not bringing it, however a pharmacy has to have extra masks for situations like this one. I don’t know what he said in Portuguese(rude) and left me . Then like a min later another kind (female) associate came to assist me. I hope they given me the correct medicine since I read that they gave a wrong one to another person who came for something for stomachache.

I am a visitor, I came to Alianca yesterday, after having a positive rapid COVID test and all the symptoms (to later apply for recovery certificate). The test in the pharmacy turned negative to my surprise. I do not only had been having symptoms but also positive result, that I notified the nurse about. She said that it happens and there is nothing to worry about. I stayed home and then next did 2 tests- one that I got in the pharmacy. All of them turned positive. I arrive back to the pharmacy to complain about the test they performed: change result or confirm the result. I was asked to pay again instead. The employees do not seem to be well prepared to perform covid test, nor to provide information about COVID. When I returned sick and mistaken, I was treated carelessly and without any apologies for uncorrectly provided service. Eventually they do not seem to take responsibility for the testing service they do. In consequence I am not only troubled but it is also dangarous for all- weather Portuguese citizens or travellers.
