No passado dia 10 de Outubro fui tirar medidas para umas palmilhas especiais. Paguei-as na hora e disseram que chegaria passado uma semana e ligar-me-iam para as ir buscar. Ontem, dia 28 de Outubro, dirigi-me à farmácia para saber o porquê do silêncio uma semana e meia depois do prazo dado. Não me souberam dizer o porquê, no entanto descansaram-me dizendo que hoje, dia 29, me contactaram sem falta da parte da manhã para prestar os esclarecimentos devidos. Esperei até às 16h por um contacto que nunca veio, pelo que liguei para a farmácia. Muito atrapalhada, a senhora lembrou-se imediatamente de mim e pediu desculpas, dizendo que por motivos que desconhecia e remetia para o técnico que efectuou as medições e as enviava para serem fabricadas na Alemanha. Disse que o próprio técnico me contactava ainda durante o dia de hoje para explanar a situação, mas que as palmilhas não chegariam esta semana (palavras do próprio técnico). Penso que um atraso de 2 semanas (que se completarão dia 31) sem dar qualquer satisfação ao cliente e as falhas aos compromissos assumidos, seja do produto ou dos contactos, é de um amadorismo e uma falta de respeito enormes. A simpatia da D. Conceição (que me atendeu em todos os contactos, presenciais ou telefónicos) foi a única parte positiva da experiência.
Last October 10th I went to take measures for some special insoles. I paid them on time and they said it would be a week later and they would call me to pick them up. Yesterday, October 28th, I went to the pharmacy to find out why the silence was a week and a half after the deadline. They couldn't tell me why, but they rested me by saying that today, the 29th, they contacted me without fail in the morning to provide the necessary clarifications. I waited until 4 pm for a contact that never came, so I called the pharmacy. Very disturbed, you immediately remembered me and apologized, saying that for reasons unknown to you and referring to the technician who took the measurements and sent them to be made in Germany. He said that the coach himself was still contacting me today to explain the situation, but that the insoles would not arrive this week (words of the coach himself). I think a delay of 2 weeks (which will be completed on the 31st) without giving any customer satisfaction and failures to make commitments, either of the product or contacts, is a huge amateurism and lack of respect. The sympathy of D. Conceição (who answered me in all contacts, in person or by phone) was the only positive part of the experience.

Atendimento ao cliente é com a mais atenção possível!! Agradeço a Sra (que infelizmente não sei o nome) mas que foi excelente atenciosa e bem agradável! Merece um aumento de salário!

Likely a good place if you are a local. When I walked in, it was empty. I approached the counter and didn’t receive help. I waited ten minutes being ignored as they took new costumers before someone told me I needed a ticket. I can’t believe they think that’s a way to treat another human being. I know I’m not a local, but some kindness and respect would be fair. I’m now waiting in a long line while they all chat and wait on others. I try to never leave one star, but this does feel purposeful on their end. I understand not liking tourists, but I think inside pharmacies we can all agree that we’re just humans who need some care and respect. The woman who works here shows none. Avoid if you are traveling. FYI To the lady there, my understanding of the language was good enough to know you were wasting time and NOT “rushed and understaffed” as you claimed when I exited. You’re just deeply unprofessional.

Fantastic quick service when getting a covid test to travel back to the US. Pharmacist spoke English and was extremely friendly and polite. It sounds like there might be another one who isn’t as nice so watch out! Definitely take a ticket when you enter in order to get served, but I’d also recommend letting them know you are there for a covid test just to be sure. Waited 5 minutes to get seen and then 15 for the results. Had some coffee across the street while I waited.
