★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente and best Portuguese cooking from Portuguese Lusitania, nothing to do with rojões, Port-like guts and other stuff only sustended by pub liers. They may often take some time to serve because they are genetically slow e many dishes are cooked right on the spot, but Alentejo's food have no equal in the whole country.
