★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desloquei-me do Barreiro propositadamente para mudar dois pneus adquiridos noutra loja, e confesso que não esperava um atendimento 5 estrelas dadas as circunstâncias! Mas ao contrário disso e logo a partir do telefonema que fiz, fiquei surpreendido! Foram do melhor possível.
Poderiam ter-me cobrado mais um alinhamento de direção mas em vez disso aconselharam a trocar os outros dois pneus primeiro (independentemente onde os comprasse!) e depois então fazia o alinhamento para não haver desníveis!
Saí de lá com aquela sensação (Assim dá gosto... Mesmo satisfeito) Ganharam um cliente!
Continuem assim com esse profissionalismo e seriedade, só têm a ganhar!
I moved from Barreiro on purpose to change two tires purchased from another store, and I confess that I did not expect 5-star service under the circumstances! But unlike that and right from the phone call I made, I was surprised! They were the best possible.
They could have charged me for another steering alignment but instead they advised to change the other two tires first (regardless of where I bought them!) And then I did the alignment so there would be no unevenness!
I left there with that feeling (So it tastes ... Even satisfied) They won a customer!
So continue with that professionalism and seriousness, you can only win!
