★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta empresa não é profissional. Mais de 10 semanas a fazer-me esperar por material e depois deixam de atender telefones e de responder. Um completa falta de responsabilidade, atrasando toda a obra.
This company is not professional. More than 10 weeks making me wait for material and then they stop answering phones and answering. A complete lack of responsibility, delaying the entire work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is now 6 months since we paid our deposit in September 2021, we ordered 3 shutters, 3 doors a replacement glass and a glass balustrade. In all that time all we have is the stainless steel uprights for the balustrade. The charming Rafael comes and quotes very quickly and pockets your deposit and then will not answer the emails if you try to visit the shop the staff shuffle and look at the shoes and Rafael is no where to be found. It appears when talking to other ripped off customers that his method is to always quote 10% less than the market so beware Rafael and this company are lnot to be trusted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Like some other customers, we paid a deposit (in October) and keep chasing for a delivery date but getting nowhere. It’s now December and still no installation date and phone and email is unanswered. Very poor service
Update: finally got back in touch and told company had moved headquarters. Job was completed but I had to chase many times to get it done. Please keep your customers better informed and stick to your appointments as many were missed and no apologies given.
